Welcome to Myrae Jewels. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from Myraé Jewels, you engage in our service and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Product Information

Myrae Jewels specializes in jewellery crafted using 925 Sterling Silver, natural gemstones such as sapphires, and other precious or semi-precious materials.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the natural characteristics of gemstones and differences in screen displays.
All weights, dimensions, and descriptions are approximate.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be processed at the price listed at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Ready-stock orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Other ready-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
For made-to-order pieces, after order confirmation Myraé will contact you to finalise the design details and sizing. Please allow 7–12 working days to design and make the piece before dispatch.
Delivery generally takes 2–5 days after dispatch for both ready-stock and made-to-order pieces.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact Myraé, or mention your request in the order's special instructions at checkout, and our team will review it.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
Tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible unworn pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit valid for 6 months from the day of return. The customer pays return shipping, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Myrae Jewels grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Myrae Jewels and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Myrae Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
