We want you to love your Myraé piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
7-Day Return Window
Return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
To qualify, your jewellery must be:
- Unused and unworn (original condition)
- In original Myraé packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by the invoice
What We Can't Accept Back
- Customised or personalized pieces (made specifically for you)
- Jewelry showing wear, damage, or alterations
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice
How to Return

Step 1: Email inquiries@myrae.co.in within 7 days
Include your order number and reason for return - Step 2: We'll send return instructions within 24 hours

Step 3: Ship your piece back using insured, trackable courier
Return shipping costs are on you (unless we made an error)
Refunds
Timeline:
- We inspect your return within 2 business days of receiving it
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Money returns to your original payment method via Razorpay
What's not refunded:
Shipping and handling charges (original delivery cost)
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Unboxing video highly recommended (helps us resolve replacements faster)
We'll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
