What is Moissanite?

Moissanite was first found inside a meteor crater in 1893. It is not a diamond substitute; it is a gemstone in its own right, with a refractive index higher than diamond and a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale. We chose it because it is brilliant, durable, and grown without mining. We use only lab-created stones, individually graded and shipped with an HIDL certificate upon request.

No, Moissanite is a crystalline silicon carbide gemstone, distinct from diamond. Whilst naturally occurring moissanite is extraordinarily rare, the stones we use are lab-created to ensure consistent quality and ethical sourcing.

Moissanite has a hardness rating of 9.25/10 on the Mohs scale, making it resistant to scratching or clouding from everyday wear with simple care.

Ready-stock: Orders before 2 PM ship the same day; others within 24 hours.


Made-to-order: After confirmation, allow 7–12 working days for design and dispatch.

We ship with DTDC or Sequel, insured. Delivery takes 2–5 days. Express shipping and gift packaging: Available for an extra fee, please contact us or add special instructions during checkout.

Our jewellery is crafted from BIS-hallmarked 925 sterling silver with premium rhodium coating for anti-tarnish protection and hypoallergenic wear.
